Brenda Prenzel has helped us put together two wonderful trips so far! The first trip was a family cruise where we needed 3 cabins. She was able to arrange things perfectly and the six of us had a fabulously fun, memorable trip in the Caribbean. The second was a two week trip to Alaska to celebrate our 35th anniversary. She made the planning so much easier with her knowledge of all the most popular activities. We were able to check off several items from our bucket list with that trip, but our most memorable (and absolute favorite) was her recommendation of taking a helicopter flight to a dog sled camp on Norris Glacier! Breathtaking and indescribable are the two words that first come to mind!! We LOVE Brenda's personal touch and how she stays with you every minute of the pre-trip process to make sure every detail is taken care of. We now think of her as more of a friend and adviser, than a travel agent. Brenda will be in charge of all of our future vacations!

I was fortunate enough to meet the owners of Damar Travel through a project I worked on for my job. In doing so I met two of the sweetest and most giving people. So, when I decided to plan a very special trip for my 30th birthday I knew exactly where to turn. I worked with Brenda of Damar to consider the many possible options. I originally thought I wanted to take a cruise so Brenda told me about all of the available cruises and all the various destinations each traveled to. She was tremendously knowledgeable. She had visited most the destinations herself and knew the ins and outs of each. After all her hard work, I then asked her to give me information on resorts. She was equally knowledgeable on resorts and had visited many of them herself so she was able to give me excellent advice. I found that no matter the question Brenda knew the answer. I was thoroughly impressed not only with her knowledge but also her desire to help make my trip the most affordable and enjoyable and the most memorable as well. Dona, the Excellence Resort vacation you set up for me was just that, Excellent! I have to say it was THE most relaxing vacation I have ever had bar none. From the limo pick up at the Cancun Airport to the limo drop at- the front 7 days where every detail was taken care of! The resort was beautiful, the people were wonderful, the food was great and drinks were cold and strong! Thank you Dona! You'll be handling all of my vacations from now on! November 8, 2011 We experienced an amazing time on our Mediterranean cruise which Brenda Prenzel helped us plan!  Being first time cruisers, we had no idea of what we were doing or what to expect.  Brenda was courteous, enthusiastic and very helpful!  She suggested the destination, length of the cruise and use of a private driver in Barcelona.  The flights were scheduled with appropriate times for connecting flights and for going through customs.  The hotel in Barcelona was in a great central location and the driver was an added bonus for sight seeing and transferring to the ship and airport.  Brenda also helped us plan and schedule our shore excursions in Italy and determined what we would feel comfortable exploring on our own.  Everything was perfect!  The cruise was beautiful and all of the ports were clean and fun.  We will gladly tell friends and relatives to contact Brenda Prenzel, at Damar Travel, for all travel needs!      Pam and Bob Levy
