Getaway Giveaway™ official Rules
Eligibility: In order to be eligible you must be 18 years of age, maintain residence in the United States of America, and book your Vacation or Cruise through Damar Travel and Cruise between May 1st, 2008, and December 31st, 2008.
Requirements: Eligible bookings must be made within allotted time frame, and total greater than or equal to $1000 USD. Only one contest entry per booking. Entry to contest will not be awarded for airfare or gift certificates. Travel must be completed by March 1st, 2009 to qualify. Prizes will be awarded upon completion of eligible travel.
Drawings: Prize drawings will be held on January 3rd, 2009, at Damar Travel & Cruise. All winners will be randomly selected and notified via phone and/or email. Iit is the responsibility of the winner to claim their prize within 7 days of notification, or prize will be awarded to the next eligible winner.
Entry: To enter, eligible person(s) may either submit their entry via this website, complete an entry form at one of Damar's 5 locations, or contact their travel agent to be entered by phone. It is the sole responsibility of the client to enter, it will not be done automatically.
Damar Travel reserves the right to ammend the above rules and restrictions at any time without notification.
